On December 8, the sodium-ion communication power system independently R&D and manufactured by Nami New Energy Technology (Luoyang) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nami Technology") was shipped and delivered to a large state-owned enterprise in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Following the previous delivery of the first domestically-made sodium-ion power system for electric forklifts, this marks another batch of new sodium-ion products exported to a Russian enterprise. This is not only a reaffirmation of Nami Technology’s product quality and corporate strength, but also strengthens our resolve to continue deepening our presence in the international market.

The sodium-ion communication power system delivered this time has a rated voltage of 48V, a rated capacity of 50Ah, a total energy of 2.4kWh, and a cycle life of ≥ 5,000 times.
Considering Russia's long-term frigid climate, the sodium-ion battery can maintain over 90% of its capacity even in a low-temperature environment of -40℃, giving the low-temperature-resistant sodium-ion battery a distinctive advantage.
In addition, the system cabinet adopts a standard 3U plug-in chassis fabricated by sheet metal bending and welding, ensuring excellent structural strength. The integrated BMS (Battery Management System) is equipped with alarm and protection functions against overvoltage, undervoltage, high temperature, low temperature, overcurrent and short circuit. By checking the status of SOC, operation and alarm indicator lights, the system enables real-time monitoring of battery performance, optimizes energy distribution and improves energy utilization efficiency.
Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the communications industry, the communication power supply system, regarded as the lifeline for the stable operation of communication networks, has attracted extensive attention for its reliability, cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness.
Traditional communication power supplies mostly rely on lead-acid batteries, which are plagued by such drawbacks as low energy density, short service life and heavy metal pollution.
In recent years, sodium-ion communication power supplies, leveraging the advantages of abundant sodium resources, low cost and excellent safety performance, have gradually emerged as an important innovation direction in the field of communication energy, providing brand-new solutions for scenarios including communication base stations, data centers and emergency power supplies.
Amid the booming global new energy industry, the export of products by Nami Technology this time not only demonstrates the company’s core strength in sodium-ion battery technology innovation and commercialization, but also further consolidates its competitive edge in the international sodium-ion battery market.
In the future, Nami Technology will continue to intensify R&D efforts and optimize products. With more advanced technologies and more reliable quality, the company will inject strong sodium-powered momentum into the sustainable development of the global new energy industry.
